It may be an aluminum double hitch carrier, or it could be a steel single hauler for your one bike. MotorcycleCarriers.info strives for the best possible reputation, which is why our reviews are unbiased, giving you the most helpful information when you’re looking to buy a New Bike Carrier for you motorcycle or dirt bike.

There are some things we look at in a motorcycle before buying one. Build quality is probably at the top of the list. Why? Because you don’t want a rattling piece of thin metal holding your expensive bike down the freeway at 75mph. Are you hauling One or Two Bikes? It can depend on your vehicle capabilities too. Is it Easy To Use? You want to be able to load and unload the bike without having a heart attack. Cost is also an important factor to buyers; although the saying” You get what you pay for” is often true when it comes to motorcycle carriers.

AMC Motorcycle Carrier Reviews

Motorcycle haulers such as the AMC-400 and AMC-600 are some of the most popular. They are both made of lightweight aluminum and are easy to use.

RV Motorcycle Carrier – Heavy Duty Motorhome Review

Hauling your motorcycle 20 miles is one thing, but transporting it on the back of a motor-home on a road-trip is another… You need something that is a little more heavy duty that can withstand hundreds of miles at a time without maintenance. A 1000lb Heavy Duty RV Motorcycle Carrier is the way to go if you need to bring your big and expensive cruiser along on a vacation.

When You Need To Haul A Bike On The RV

Heavy Duty Motorcycle Carrier

When you’re going on a long family road trip in a big motorhome, it’s difficult to go anywhere once you arrive at your destination if you don’t have an extra vehicle. Having a motorcycle or scooter on the back is very convenient, and hauling it is easy. Put a heavy duty bike carrier in the hitch receiver, roll the bike up on the carrier rack, and strap it on down! This RV hitch hauler by T-Motorsports is made of higher quality and thicker steel, allowing you to transport bigger motorcycles. It has a powder-coated black finish, so it will blend in well with your motorhome.

When An Aluminum Carrier Just Won’t Cut It…

Since this hitch hauler sticks out 3 1/2 feet out from your RV or SUV, you don’t want flimsy metal holding it up. Steel weighs more than aluminum, but it makes up for it in sturdiness, allowing you to carry a full size motorcycle with its 71 inch long carrier rail. It has 4 tie down loops built-in so you can securely strap your bike down. The wheel stop on the end of the rail is adjustable, allowing you to move it around for each individual bike or scooter so it will stay in place.

What’s Included?

Other than the features I mentioned above, you’ll get a much needed loading ramp that is close to 6 feet in length, making it easier to roll your bike up if the hitch is located in a high position. The ramp can be stored under the carrier itself so you don’t have to make room for it in the vehicle. You also get a large cargo basket that will hold gas cans or gear, giving you more room and keeping the smell out of the RV.

Any Negatives?

From other reviews that I have read about this motor-home motorcycle carrier, most consumers are saying that it is made of heavier gauge  steel. Strength is not really an issue, but some complained that it wobbles a little more than ideal. This isn’t a top of the line product, which explains the low price tag. You get what you pay for, but most buyers agree that it’s a good deal for what it is.

On the flip-side, their quality service is definitely notable. A few buyers were missing key parts to their hitch carrier. One call is all it took and T-Motorsports quickly sent out replacement parts with little to no questions asked! In this day and age, reputable service is hard to come by. While this product may not be 5 out of 5 stars, their name and price can make up for that if you’re on a budget.

Scooter & Motorcycle Carrier Heavy Duty Hitch Hauler Review

Sick of hauling your bike on your truck or trailer? All you need is a hitch receiver to haul your scooter, dirt bike, or small motorcycle on this hitch carrier. It’s a 500lb rated scooter carrier from T-Motorsports that you can use to haul your bike on the back of your van, truck, or SUV.

Steel Single Carrier

This is a steel hitch carrier that  holds one bike or scooter. Although it’s a bargain price, it’s not one of those cheap and flimsy carriers you buy from the hardware store that can barely handle your mini-bike. It’s made of steel that will hold up to a 500 pound scooter, motorcycle, or dirt bike. The steel construction is powder-coated black, giving you that professional and high-quality look.

Single Scooter & Motorcycle Carrier

Features

A steel loading ramp is included that mounts on the single carrier. Unlike most other motorcycle hitch haulers, you can conveniently load your bike or scooter from the left or right side of it. The carrier has a built-in ant-tilt locking device to help prevent it from wobbling on the road. It fits into any 2 inch square hitch receiver, and can carry almost any bike that weighs less than 500 lbs. The main hitch tube is 18 inches long from the hitch pin to the rack. This gives you enough room for the handlebars so they won’t hit the window of your vehicle, but isn’t too long that you will notice much difference when driving or parking.

If you’ve looked at the price, you’re probably thinking, “Well there’s gotta be something wrong with it for how cheap it is, right?” Well after reading so many of the consumer reviews, there wasn’t really any major defects. The instruction manual that comes with isn’t the greatest, but some people just looked at the pictures of it and did it by themselves in an hour or less. There were a few minor things that weren’t a big deal, so they must have been just a fluke item on a select few. In the end, everyone is saying that it is well worth the price and it does it’s job.

This Heavy Duty Scooter and Motorcycle Carrier is currently getting 4.5 out 5 stars on Amazon from real consumers. Check out what some of them had to say about it:
